The second grade students at the Mildred L. Day School in Arundel, Maine are studying about lighthouses in their state for an integrated curriculum unit. Michael Richards, their technology teacher/integrator is setting up a wiki with pictures of different lighthouses in Maine.
Let's use this wiki to expand the learning for Michael's students and share photographs and information about lighthouses from around the world. Look for unique lighthouses so the students can compare them to the lighthouses of Maine. They will compare similarities and differences.
